We are pleased to confirm we are now running fitness classes in our specially designed court which has the benefit of smaller trampoline beds, so you can be closer to your friends and our qualified instructor.


Enjoy our special prismatic lighting and sound system which adds to the atmosphere and energy of the class.


​The cost per session is just £5.00 and on your first visit you will be given a complimentary pair of trampoline socks if on a trampoline class.  Replacement socks will be charged at £1.00 per pair.  

Cardio Bounce

30 Minutes of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is challenging. It takes your cardio workout to another level, as you push your pace out of your comfort zone, and burn extra calories followed by 15 Minutes of Abdominals and Stretches

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
